Customer Management

The customer details screen consists of two-to-four sections of information, depending on user roles, customer configuration, and system configuration:

  1. If avalable to the customer, and your user role gives access, the alternative termination numbers configured for the customer will be available at the top of the page.
  2. The second section is always available, and shows the service numbers assigned to the customer.
  3. The third section is always available, and shows the flows created for the customer, for use by their service numbers.
  4. When enabled for the customer, the announcements the customer has available are listed in the fourth section of the page.
