Overview

The N-Squared Flow Editor (N2FE) is a web-enabled management interface for freephone call control and customer management. It provides both Customer and Service Number management and Control Flow design for the Oracle Network Charging and Control (OCNCC, OC3C) platform.

You can access N2FE using any modern web browser, including tablets and smartphones. To log in, browse to the appropriate URL for accessing the flow editor. When doing so, the login dialog will appear:

You must log in using one of three methods:

1. If you have a username and password that is not customer-specific, enter the username in the Username/Number field, and enter the password in the Password/PIN field.
2. If you have a username and password that is customer-specific, enter the customer name in the Customer Name field, the username in the Username/Number field, and enter the password in the Password/PIN field.
3. If you have a service number and PIN, enter the service number in the Username/Number field, and enter the PIN in the Password/PIN field.

Depending on system configuration, you may be requested to confirm your humanity using the reCAPTCHA “I’m not a robot” interface. Please do this before clicking the Login button to continue submitting your password.
