The Increment Tele-Vote Statistic node uses the NCC customer event counter increment node to increment or decrement the statistic value stored in the NCC database for a specified customer’s event counter.

Configuration

To configure the node:

1. Configure the Statistic to adjust using the drop-down selector.
2. Enter the amount to either increment or decrement the statistic by into the value field.

Note that both a Statistic and an adjustment Value are required.
