ISUP REL
Introduction
The N-Squared codec for the ISUP REL (Release) message expects/returns an object with the following attributes.

The value is an unsigned octet with a constant value. This element is present after using the "any message" N2::ISUP::Codec::decode method.The constant value 12 identifies that the decoded message was detected to be an REL message. |
| Cause Indicators | [See Parameters] | The Cause Indicators parameter is mandatory for this message. The encoding/decoding is performed as described in the Parameters documentation. In this mandatory form, the tag is not included (it is implicit). But the parameter encoding is identical otherwise. |
