Auditing

The IVR GUI supports review of auditing data for each element displayed within the GUI.

Whenever any operation, Create, Update or Delete is performed within the GUI an auditing record is generated.

Administrator users can view this auditing data via:

Clicking on the auditing icon associated with a table row will show the auditing history for that specific element:

Clicking on the Auditing menu option will show a filterable view of all audit data available for the platform:

The Auditing screen itself allows for much greater filtering and overview of all aspects of usage of the IVR GUI.

The full list of function on this screen includes:

Function Description
Filter by Date Filter the auditing records by a date range.
Filter by Change Table Filter specific items that have changed.
Filter by Change ID Filter by the ID of a changed item.
filter by Operation Filter based on Create, Update or Delete
Filter by Change User Filter changes based on a specific user.

Note: Each row may be expanded to specifically show what has changed in each audit change.
