Category - Caller Interactions

The Caller Type node allows the flow to branch based on a number of predefined caller categories. Branching can be performed based on the following categories:

• International
• Mobile
• Payphone
• Other

The definitions for these categories is provided by the service provider. Within the node configuration, choose which categories should be branched on. Categories not explicitly listed will exit down the default branch.

For example, if “Payphone” is not selected, then all payphone callers will branch down the default branch.

Configuration

Use the checkboxes next to each category to create a branch for that category.
