Activate Override Flows
Overview
All service numbers may have an Override Flow defined, which can be any other flow available to the customer.
When the Activate Override Flows mode is activated
for a customer, all service numbers with an Override Flow specified will use that flow instead of their
normally-scheduled flow.
Service numbers without an override flow defined will continue to use the existing scheduled flow.
Override Flow Activation
If your user login grants the appropriate security role, override flows may be activated for a customer by
using the hamburger menu next to the customer name and selecting the Activate Override Flows option:

Clicking this button will immediately activate all override flows. Once activated the customer page will display a reminder at the top of the page:

This reminder will be displayed to all users, as will an additional reminder against the Service Number’s
Current Flow. An additional reminder that the selected Override Flow profile option is active will be indicated by the option being highlighted.

Override Flow Deactivation
If your user login grants the appropriate security rule, using the hamburger menu next to the customer name and selecting the Deactivate Override Flows option will
remove all override flows from being used, and the normally-scheduled flows will be used again.
