Introduction

This extension provides one new LUA Agents for SCC integration:

• SccOutcallLuaAgent - allow a LUA script to implement a SIP outcall attempt.

The Outcall Agent supports A-Leg Audio Interaction after the call is connected.

Note that it is not possible to perform more than one SIP outcall at once, and it is not possible to perform a SIP outcall while a SIP incall is being processed.
